Appointment Policy

At La Vie, deposits are required for all treatments upon booking. These deposits will be deducted from the total balance after your treatment.

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable for notices given less than 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a no-show, our therapists/technicians will wait for 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. After this grace period, the deposit amount will be forfeited.

Clients who fail to inform the salon of their absence for booked appointments will not be offered future appointments and will need to be seen as walk-ins.

Salon Policy

For clients with chipped gel nails (Shellac/OPI), repairs are complimentary if reported within the first 2 days (48 hours) of treatment, provided that the damage occurred during the treatment.

Please note that repairs will not be carried out after this time frame, as it is the client’s responsibility to maintain their nails. Any repairs outside this period will incur a charge of £3-£5 per nail. All repairs will be repainted with the same original colour; change of colour is not permitted.

Repairs will only be conducted on the chipped nails, and the entire treatment will not be repeated.

Clients should report any necessary repairs directly to the salon reception by calling us and scheduling a repair appointment. Our salon operates 7 days a week, and we guarantee to repair any affected nails within 24 hours.

Please be advised that for clients with regular nail lacquer requiring drying, we use an express top coat that sets the surface dry after 5-10 minutes. However, the interior of the lacquer will remain wet for up to 1 hour and may smudge if pressure is applied. We cannot accept responsibility for this.

During pedicures, we recommend bringing flip-flops or open-toe shoes to avoid smudging the lacquer while walking with tight closed shoes. All repairs will be repainted with the same original colour; change of colour is not permitted.
